摘　　要：为了解石家庄地区儿童病毒性脑炎病原学特点,同时研究病原学资料与临床资料之间的联系。本研究采用实验室全自动工作站,结合实时荧光定量PCR方法检测2015年10月~2016年9月河北省儿童医院神经内科收治的诊断为病毒性脑炎患儿的脑脊液样本,并结合临床资料进行分析。159例病毒性脑炎患儿中66例(41.5%)检出病毒阳性,肠道病毒58例,EB病毒3例,人疱疹病毒6型1例,4例为合并感染,分别为肠道病毒合并EB病毒3例,肠道病毒合并人疱疹病毒6型1例。肠道病毒是石家庄地区儿童病毒性脑炎最常见的病原。运用SPSS21.0统计分析软件对实验数据进行统计学分析。肠道病毒脑炎于炎热季节高发。不同病原病毒性脑炎患儿的年龄分布无显著差异。不同病原病毒性脑炎患儿的脑脊液样本采集时间分布无显著差异。不同病原病毒性脑炎患儿的临床症状和体征、MRI结果、EEG结果无显著差异。We wished to investigate the etiologic characteristics of viral encephalitis in children living in Shijiazhuang（China）and understand the connection between etiology and clinical findings.We tested all patients hospitalized in Heibei Children＇s Hospital（Heibei,China）with a diagnosis of viral encephalitis from October 2015 to September 2016.An automatic laboratory station combined with quantitative polymerase chain reaction（qPCR）was used to test the cerebrospinal fluid（CSF）of patients.Of 159 patients,66cases（41.5%）had positive qPCR results.Enterovirus-positive cases were the most（58）,followed by the Epstein-Barr virus（EBV）（3）and human herpesvirus 6（HHV6）（1）.Four cases had concurrent infections：enterovirus（EV）concurrent with EBV（3）;EV concurrent with HHV6（1）.EV was the most common pathogen of viral encephalitis in children in Shijiazhuang.EV-based encephalitis carried higher morbidity between May and September.The age of patients in different pathogen groups did not show a significant difference.The time when CSF was collected in different pathogen groups also showed no significant difference.The symptoms,signs as well as the results of magnetic resonance imaging and electroencephalography in different pathogen groups did not show a significant difference.
