摘　　要：在推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的过程中,思想政治教育的治理价值越来越凸显,并且构成了深化国家治理理论研究的重要内容。本文分别从物质与精神、法治与德治、人与制度之间相互作用三个层面,探讨了思想政治教育治理价值的理论依据;同时,从为国家治理现代化提供正确价值导向、打造良好道德基础、培育可靠主体力量三个方面,探讨了思想政治教育治理价值的具体表现。对于推进中国特色社会主义国家治理体系和治理能力现代化建设,具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。On the modernization course of the propelling national governance system and govern- ance capacity, the governance value of the ideological and politics education not only become more important,hut also constitute the important content of the depth study of national governance theory. This article explored the theoretical basis of the governance value of the ideological and politics education from the following three interaction aspects of the material and spirit, rule of law and rule of virtue,man and system. At the same time, this article also explored the concrete manifestation of the governance value of the ideological and politics education from the following aspects that providing the correct value orientation, creating the good moral foundation, Cultiva- ting reliable main force to achieve national governance modernization. It has important theory val- ue and practical significance for the propelling the modernization Construction of the national gov- ernance system and governance capacity with the Chinese Characteristics socialist.
