摘 要:根据重载机车牵引齿轮传动结构特点,考虑到运行过程中启动、持续及高速3种工况,建立起包含轴系结构的齿轮副有限元参数化模型。根据不同工况下轮齿不同的啮合位置、载荷分布情况及变形特点设计出一种新型三圆弧齿面修形方案。通过对比分析及试验验证,采用三圆弧齿向修形曲线后轮齿表面接触状态及载荷分布均优于单圆弧鼓形齿修形。According to the structure characteristics of heavy locomotive traction gear transmission device, the finite element parameterized model of traction gear is established containing shafting structures considering three locomotive working conditions including starting, sustain, and rapid operation. A new type of three circular arc tooth surface modification scheme with three circular arcs is designed on the basis of the different gear meshing position, load distribution and deformation characteristics of the three different conditions. By the comparison analysis and experimental verification, the tooth contact state and load distribution of the gear by using three arcs profile modification curve is better than the gear with commonly used single arc drum gear tooth modification.
