摘　　要：以我国的中小企业为研究对象,基于创新价值链理论探讨创新资本构成要素,并采用验证性因子分析和结构方程模型分析方法实证检验创新资本的四要素构成模型、创新资本对中小企业成长绩效的作用机理。结果表明创新资本各要素对中小企业成长绩效具有正向影响。中小企业应该识别和培育创新资本要素,并通过创新价值链整合提升创新资本的价值创造能力,促进中小企业的良性成长。This paper chooses the small and medium - sized enterprises （SME） in China as research objects. It redefines the innovation capital and its factors based on the model of the innovation value chain. Besides, it adopts the confirmatory factor analysis （CFA） and structural equation model analysis （SEM） to test the validity of the innovation capital fourfactors model and the impact of the innovation capital on the growth performance of the SME. The results show that the innovation capital has remarkably positive impacts on the SME＇ s growth performance. The mechanisms of the innovation culture, innovation mechanisms, innovation products, innovation capacity and so on have different impacts on the SME＇ s growth performance, so SME should recognize and cultivate these innovation capital factors. By integrating the innovation value chain, enterprises can promote the value creation ability of the innovation capital and the positive growth of SME.
