双元创新背景下网络惯例对企业家过度自信特质的影响机理研究

摘　　要：企业家在网络嵌入过程中,其个体自信特质及双元创新绩效都不可避免地受制于网络惯例。借助情境实验,以参与创新实训的学生及温州企业家为被试,结果发现:个体过度自信特质在网络嵌入前后存在显著差异,且过度自信与双元创新绩效之间存在负相关性;验证了网络惯例对于双元创新绩效的推动作用,揭示了网络惯例能够缓和过度自信对双元创新的抑制效应,从理论上丰富和拓展了相关领域的研究范畴,为网络情景下的个体创新意愿激发提供了借鉴。During the process of network embeddedness,the individual overconfidences and ambidextrous innovation are both enslaved to network routines inevitably.This research invites university students and Wenzhou entrepreneurs to participate in entrepreneurship practice simulation.The study indicates that the degrees of individual overconfidence have significant difference between pre-experiment and post-experiment,overconfidence has a negative impact on ambidextrous innovation,which proves that network routines play an active role in ambidextrous innovation.Moreover,the paper finds the alleviation effect of network routines based on the relationship between overconfidence and ambidextrous innovation.The findings highlight the importance of the interaction between overconfidence and network routines and seek to broaden and strengthen the enhancement of entrepreneurial action.
