摘 要:建立了结合固相萃取,利用高效液相色谱同时检测菠萝汁中多菌灵、噻菌灵和甲基硫菌灵残留量的分析方法。结果表明,以甲醇-水作为流动相,经梯度洗脱后,3种农药可以较好地分离。3种农药的质量浓度在0.10~2.00μg/m L范围内具有良好的线性关系,该方法的定量限分别为0.164,0.155和0.165 mg/L,加标回收率为79.1%~108.2%,相对标准偏差为1.6%~10.8%,方法灵敏度、精密度较高,适合菠萝及菠萝汁中多菌灵、噻菌灵和甲基硫菌灵农药残留的检测。HPLC combined solid phase extraction was applied to the determination of residuals of carbendazim, thiabendazole and thiophanate-methyl in pineapple juice. The results showed that three pesticides were separated by gradient elution with methanol-water as the mobile phase. There were good linear relationships between values of peak areas and concentrations of the three pesticides in the range of 0.10-2.00μg/mL. Their limits of quantification were 0.164, 0.155 and 0.165 mg/L and the average spike recoveries of three pesticides were 79.1%-108.2%, with RSDs in the range of 1.6% to 10.8%. The method could be used for the detection of carbendazim, thiabendazole and thiophanate-methyl in pineapple and pineapple juice with high sensitivity and precision.
