摘　　要："家"是中国人血液中的一部分,"家"文化作为中国优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,在当前文化自信的视域下具有重要的历史传承价值及现实应用意义。本文试图将中国传统"家"文化融入到高职院校班级建设与管理中,以期解决高职院校班级管理工作中存在的若干实际问题,在有效传承创新传统历史文化的同时,更好地发挥文化育人作用,全面提升技术技能人才培养质量。＂Family＂ is a part of Chinese people＇s blood.As an important component of Chinese excellent traditional culture,＂family＂ culture has an important historical heritage value and practical significance in the current cultural confidence.This paper attempts to integrate the Chinese traditional ＂family＂ culture into the class construction and management in higher vocational colleges to solve some practical problems in class management in higher vocational colleges so as to effectively inherit and innovate the traditional history and culture,give full play to the role of cultural education and improve the quality of technical personnel training.
