摘　　要：实验室是研究生的主要工作学习区域,是进行研究并产出科研成果的场所。在实验室里研究生不仅要学习实验操作技能,更重要的是要培养独立的科研能力和创新的科研思维。本文针对当前医学研究实验室面临的诸多问题,如缺乏严谨的学风、基本实验技术的传承、缺乏严谨的实验室管理制度等,结合各方实验室的的管理经验和模式进行综合分析,旨在探讨通过加强实验室管理以提高医学研究生科研能力的方法,以便于医学研究生参考。Objective The laboratory is the main work and study area of postgraduate, and is researched and output of scientific research establishments. Graduate students should not only learn the experimental skills, more important is to cultivate independent scientific research ability and the innovation of scientific thinking. According to the problems of the current medical research laboratory, such as the lack of rigorous style of study, the basic experimental technology inheritance, lack of rigorous laboratory management system,with the management experience to carry on the comprehensive analysis, to explore through strengthening laboratory management to improve medical students＇ ability of scientific research methods, in order to facilitate the medical postgraduate students.
