摘 要:目的编制适合大专护生自评实习前综合实训教学效果的问卷。方法于2013年3月按照问卷研制的程序化方法,依据查阅文献、定性访谈、小组讨论的结果初步建立条目池,通过咨询专家、预调查对条目进行初筛,应用初筛后的问卷对护生120人进行调查后,采用离散趋势法、t检验法、相关系数法、因子分析法、Cronbach’α系数法等统计方法对条目进行再次筛选,由保留条目形成问卷测试版,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果研制出4个维度含18个条目的护生实习前综合实训教学效果自评问卷的测试版,主要为批判性思维能力共5个条目,沟通能力共3个条目,学习态度共5个条目,临床综合能力共5个条目。结论护生实习前综合实训教学效果自评问卷的测试版所含条目具有良好的敏感性、独立性和代表性,因此可以认为修订方法科学、有效。Objective To develop a questionnaire suitable for the comprehensive training of college nursing students before self-evaluation.Methods In March 2013 by the procedural way of questionnaire research,we build item pool according to the result of looking up related files, making interview and group working.We then make a selection through the consultation of experts, pre-investigation of the items.After making a research about 120 nursing students, we use statistical methods such as t-test, correlation coefficient,factor analysis and Cronbach' s α coefficient to re-screen the entries and form the questionnaire,P〈0.05 means differences siginificant.Results A test version of self-evaluation questionnaire of the four dimensions including 18 item nursing practice pre-training comprehensive effect was developed.The main idea includes 5 items of critical thinking ability, 3 items of communication ability, 5 items of learning attitude, 5 items of clinical comprehensive ability.Conclusion The items included in the test results of self-evaluation questionnaire of comprehensive training teaching effectiveness before clinical practice have good sensitivity,independence and representativeness.Therefore, the revision method can be regarded as scientific and effective.
