摘  要:鼓励多元主体组建职业教育集团是推进现代职业教育体系建设的重要措施。当前在多元主体职教集团建设过程中还存在着主体地位不清、运行机制不畅、利益关系不明、政策支持滞后等问题,其原因主要是体制机制、政策环境、激励措施等因素所致。职教集团多元主体机制构建应进一步强化政府主导作用,创新集团办学体制,建立新型治理结构。It is an important measure to promote the con- struction of modem vocational education system to encourage the establishment of vocational education groups. In the multi subject construction of the vocational education group also exist in the subject position is not clear and the operating mechanism is not smooth, the interest relationship is unknown, policy support lags behind other issues, the main reason is caused by the factors of system and mechanism, policy environment, incentive measures. The construction of multi subject mechanism of vocational education group should further strengthen the leading role of government, innovate the system of running the group, and establish a new governance structure.
