全面停伐政策下黑龙江木材加工企业电子商务模式探索

摘　　要：各国的木材出口限制与全面停伐导致黑龙江省木材市场原材料供应紧张,使黑龙江省木材加工企业生产经营进入困难时期。讨论了木材加工企业如何应用B2C、B2B、C2C和O2O电子商务模式及其应用特点,企业可通过应用B2C商务模式提高企业的管理水平与市场竞争力;在政府支持下建立的B2B商务平台可以有效缓解原材料紧张的局面;企业的同质低价产品可通过C2C商务平台销售;O2O销售模式对于工艺品和家具类高价高附加值产品具有较好的销售效果。最后,对采用电子商务模式的木材加工企业的业务流程重组提出了建议。The shortage of w ood due to its export restriction and total ban on felling adopted by many countries have resulted in a hard time for the management of woo d processing enterprises in Heilongjiang Province. This article aims at addressing how B2C , B2B , C2C , and O2O business models are applied to w ood processing enterprises and the characteristics thereof. To begin with, the level of management and the market competitiveness of the enterprises can be enhanced through the application of the B2C business model by enterprises; the B2B commercial platform estab-lished with the support of the government can help relieve the shortage of raw materials; lower priced products with similar qualities can be sold through C2C commercial platform;while O2O sales model works better for products with high price and high added values like furniture. This article concludes by giving suggestions on reorganizing the oper-ational flow of wood processing enterprises that have adopted electronic business models.
