摘　　要：车体静强度试验台是供铁路货车做强度、刚度试验用的设备,也是车钩、钩尾框等各种零部件做拉伸破坏等试验用的设备。通过梳理相关标准规范对车体静强度试验的要求,确定了试验台设计参数;通过方案比选,完成整体结构设计及关键部件应力分析计算。该静强度试验台能够按照TB、AAR等标准要求和《大轴重铁路货车总体技术条件(暂行)》中考核标准对现行铁路货车车体进行拉伸、压缩载荷试验。Car body static strength test bed is a kind of facility which is used to carry out the strength and stiffness tests forrailway freight wagons and the tensile tests for coupler, coupler yoke and other spare parts. After sorting out car body staticstrength test requirements in relative standards and specifications, design parameters of the test bed are determined; By meansof schemes comparison and selection, the integral structural design and stress analysis calculations of key parts are finished.The static strength test bed is capable to carry out car body tensile and compressive load test for current railway freight wagonsaccording to requirements of TB, AAR and assessment criteria in General Technical Condition of Heavy Axle Railway FreightWagon （provisional）.
