摘　　要：通过分析目前网络内容的发展特点以及高校图书馆的发展机遇与挑战,提出了用户生成内容(UGC)用于高校图书馆资源建设的理论和实践基础,并从用户、内容及图书馆等三个因素解析了四川师范大学图书馆用户生成内容用于资源建设的实践。Through analyzing on the development characteristics of present web contents and the development oppor- tunities and challenges of university libraries, the article gives a viewpoint that user created contents （UGCs） can be used in university libraries＇ resources construction because of their strong basis of theory and practice. Then it an- alyzes the practice of UGCs in Sichuan Normal University library from user,content and library these three factors.
