陕西渭南引种北冰红葡萄子粉化学成分分析

摘　　要：选取陕西渭南合阳县引种栽培的北冰红葡萄,分析了北冰红葡萄子粉所含的主要活性化学成分。结果表明,北冰红葡萄子粉中总酚含量为49.68 mg/g;原花青素含量为105.67 mg/g;单宁含量为32.04mg/L;所含18种主要单体酚按含量高低分别为芦丁、表儿茶素、水杨酸、槲皮素、桔皮素、桑色素、阿魏酸、香豆酸、白藜芦醇、香草酸、没食子酸、绿原酸、香豆素、山奈酸、儿茶素、安息香酸、咖啡酸、丁香酸。The north ice red in heyang count of weinan city shaanxi province was selected, ice red grape seed powder con- tains main active chemical composition was analyzed. The results showed that the total phenol content in northern ice red grape seed powder is 49.68 mg/g;The content of procyanidins was 105.67 mg/g; Tannin content was 32.04 mg/L; Contains 18 kinds of the main content of free phenol in high and low respectively： turin, epicatechin, salicylic acid, quercetin, orange peel,morin, ferulic acid,coumaric acid, resveratrol, vanillie acid, gallic acid, chlorogenie acid, coumarin, rhizoma kaempfe- riae acid, benzoic acid,caffeic acid, catechins, clove acid.
