摘  要:平潭海峡公铁两用大桥的FPZQ-3标段全长约11.15km,包括3座通航孔桥(双塔钢桁混合梁斜拉桥)、119孔非通航孔桥(混凝土梁桥)、34孔引桥(简支钢桁结合梁桥)。针对桥位处施工条件恶劣、工程量巨大、作业时间短等特点,基础施工采用长栈桥、先平台后围堰的方案,其中栈桥全长约7.5km,通航孔桥采用打入桩、导管架及"打入桩+锚桩"3种钻孔平台方案,采用5000型旋转钻机施工大直径钻孔桩基础(直径为4.0m和4.5m),桥塔墩承台采用防撞吊箱围堰施工;通航孔桥桥塔均采用爬模施工,且爬模作业平台采用包围结构;通航孔桥采用浮吊及架梁吊机双悬臂法进行大节段钢桁梁施工;非通航孔桥的简支钢桁梁采用工厂整孔制造、浮吊整孔架设的施工方案;混凝土箱梁采用移动模架法施工。The Contract FPZQ-3 of the Pingtan Straits Rail-cum-Road Bridge is totally about 11.15 km long and contains 3navigable span bridges(double-pylon steel truss hybrid girder cablestayed bridges),119 spans of the non-navigable span bridges(concrete girder bridges)and a 34-span approach bridge(simply-supported steel truss composite girder bridge).In the light of the characteristics that the construction conditions at the bridge site are tough,the engineering quantities are enormous and the construction time is limited,the foundations of the Contract are to be constructed,mainly using the scheme of the long trestle and of building the boring platforms first and the cofferdams late,of which the trestle is totally about 7.5km long.For the construction of the foundations of the navigable span bridges,3types of the boring platforms to be respectively supported on the driven piles,jacket supports and on the'driven piles+anchor piles'are arranged and the large diameter bored piles(diameters 4.0mand 4.5m)of the foundations are constructed,using the Type 5000 rotary boring machines.The pile caps of the pylon piers are constructed,using the anti-collision steel boxed cofferdams,the pylon columns are constructed,all using the climb formwork and the working platforms of the climb formwork are the surrounding structures.The steel truss girders of the navigable span bridges are to be erected in two-side cantilevers and in large segments,using the floating cranes and deck cranes.The simply-supported steel truss girders of the non-navigable span bridges are manufactured in the workshop in each full span and erected in the field also in each full span,using the floating cranes and the concrete box girders are constructed,using the movable shuttering method.
