摘 要:本试验旨在研究酵母细胞壁替代恩拉霉素在黄羽肉鸡中的应用效果。采用单因素试验设计,选用1日龄新广黄羽肉鸡240羽,随机分为2个处理组,每个处理组12个重复,每个重复10只鸡,公母各半,分笼饲养。对照组饲喂基础日粮+恩拉霉素(250 g/t),试验组饲喂基础日粮+酵母细胞壁(1000 g/t)。试验期为6周,记录生长性能指标,并于21日龄采血测定血清球蛋白浓度、新城疫抗体水平。结果表明:酵母细胞壁试验组肉鸡生长性能参数较对照组无显著差异(P>0.05),但是均有增强的趋势,其中42日龄出栏重提高1.3%,平均日增重提高1.3%,平均日采食量提高2.3%;同时,酵母细胞壁试验组肉鸡血清球蛋白浓度、新城疫抗体水平显著提高(P<0.05)。综上,酵母细胞壁在饲料中替代恩拉霉素,对肉鸡生长性能无负面影响,同时可增强肉鸡免疫水平。This research was focused on the effects of yeast cell wall substitution of enramycin on the production per-formance and immunity of yellow feather broilers.The experiment used single factor design.A total of 240 one-day-old broilers were randomly distributed to 2 treatments with 12 replicates of 10 birds,male and female equally divided,sub- cage reared.Control group was fed based diets with 250 g/t enramycin,while the treatment group was fed based diets with 1000 g/t yeast cell wall for 6 weeks.The production performance was recorded and the concentration of globulin and new-castle disease antibody level were detected in 21 d.The results showed that compared with tnramycin group,the perfor-mance of broilers feed with yeast cell wall had no significant difference (P 〉 0 .0 5 ) , just had a tendency to increase.The marketing weight,the average daily gain and the average daily feed intake were increased 1.3% ,1.3% ,2.3% respectively in 42 d.While the concentration of globulin and newcastle disease antibody level of yeast cell wall group were increased significantly (P 〈 0.05).In conclusion,the yeast cell wall could substitute enramycin in broilers with the comparative pro-duction performance and better immune level.
