摘　　要：民族志诗学诞生于民族学、民俗学研究,主张民族志书写应尽可能保留口头传统的基本特征,再现原文口头性特点、表演形式、表演场景等信息,与少数民族典籍英译有共同阐发的基础。民族典籍英译应采用3R模式,保留原文的口头性特征,采用多模态呈现方式,最大程度实现"完全翻译"的理想目标,使作品得以在异域文化中生存和发展。Ethnopoetics is a subfield of ethnology and folklore studies. It advocates for preservation of orali- ty and performance elements in recording text versions of oral poetry or narrative performance by repre- senting the original orality, performance form and performance situation, etc. Such ideas help us under- stand better the nature of translation of ethnic minority classics. In English translation of the ethnic minority classics, the translator may adopt the ＂3 R＂ model, preserve the orality features of the source text, and adopt multi-modal presentation methods, aiming at achieving the goal of ＂total translation＂. In this way, the work may gain a favorable environment for its existence and development in foreign cultures.
