摘 要:目的:了解中国鱼类中硼的本底含量,为科学监管违法添加提供科学依据。方法:2013年在渤海、黄海、东海、南海以及内陆地区的捕捞、养殖环节采集鲜活鱼类样品,应用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法检测样品中的硼含量。结果:共采集鱼类样品560份,硼检出率为100%,硼含量平均值为0.47mg/kg,中位数为0.37mg/kg,最小值和最大值分别为0.03、3.96mg/kg。水域性质、采样地区和生产模式都是影响鱼类中硼含量的重要因素。结论:建议将2.58mg/kg作为鱼类中硼含量的本底值。[Objective] To understand boron value of fish in China and provide scientific basis for monitoring. [Method] Fresh fish sam- ples were collected from the Bohai, South China, East China, and Yellow Seas, as well as inland areas, and boron content were analyzed by ICP-MS. [Result] A total of 560 samples were collected with the boron positive detection rate of 100% , and the mean concentration for boron was 0. 47mg/kg, the median value was 0. 37mg/kg, and minimum and maximum values were0. 03mg/kg and 3. 96mg/kg respective- ly. The results indicated that the character of water area, sampling sites and wild or farmed were the important factors influencing the boron content in fish. [Conclusion] The results recommended 2.58mg/kg as boron background value of fish.
