专插本类职教师资人才培养的探索与实践——以华南师范大学为例

摘  要:为响应国家和广东省大力发展职业教育的号召,华南师范大学自2014年起进行了"3+2"专插本类职教师资人才培养模式的探索与实践。按照"双师型"师资培养目标,学校以课程体系建设、办学条件建设和实行导师制等为抓手,完成了一届学生的培养工作。"3+2"培养模式积极回应了职业教育发展的需要,通过入学前限制筛选和入学后精准培养,充分发挥高职院校和师范大学两方面的办学优势,培养学生的"双能力",取得了良好的效果。In response to the call for developing vocational and technical education (VTE) proposed by the State and Guangdong Provincial Governments, the South China Normal University started the exploration and practice of a "3+2" Model of "Top-up Degree" VTE Teacher Education since 2014.The 2-year program was completed in July, 2016, and the 97 students graduated successfully. One of the aims of education for this program was cultivating "double-qualification" teachers as well as the curricular system construction, teaching and learning conditions. Moreover, the tutorial system was stressed during the 2 years of the program. The "3+2" Model meets the needs of development of VTE, and achieves a good result in "double-competence" cultivation through the strict selection of the candidates before their enrolment and also the meticulous education after that process. The success of the model is that it fully takes advantages of advanced colleges of vocation and technology and the normal universities in the area of education and training.
