法律格言谚语在法学继续教育教学中的运用

摘　　要：本文尝试探讨一种新型的教学方式,即在法学教育中如何通过对格言谚语或俚语的运用,既提高成人继续教育学生学习理论知识的兴趣,增强他们解决实际问题的能力,又在某种程度上克服应试教育和满堂灌填鸭式传统教学方式的弊端。Continuing education refers to the re - education activitives on the basis ot the previ- ous professional training and business practice according to the personnel development of improve- ment, adjustment and specialization. This paper tries to explore a new teaching method - how to use proverbs and slangs in legal education to improve students interest in learning theoretical knowledge and enhance their ability to solve practical problems, and to a certain degree, to overcome the draw- backs of the traditional exam - oriented education and the cramming teaching mode as well.
