摘　　要：随着经济社会的发展变化,高职院校学生的职业发展和创业就业思想也在发生变化。本文以分析新形势下大学生的创业就业形势与思想现状作为切入点,阐述高职院校加强大学生职业发展和创业就业思想引导的重要性。With the development of economic and social changes, higher vocational college students＇ career development and ideas of entrepreneurship and employment are also changing. Based on the analysis of the situation of college students＇ entrepreneurship and employment and their ideological status under the new situa- tion, this paper expounds the importance of enhancing the ideo- logical guidance of college students＇ career development and en- trepreneurship.
