摘　　要：随着高职院校招生形式的多样化,学生素质参差不齐,存在问题愈加凸显,管理难度加大。本文就新形势下高职学生主要存在的问题和自身优势进行深入分析,提出指导建议。With the diversification of the forms of enrollment in higher vocational colleges, the qualities of students are uneven, and the existing problems are more prominent, making student management more difficult. This paper analyzes the main problems and advantages of higher vocational students under the new situation, and puts forward some suggestions.
