摘　　要：文章首先分析中职机电一体化专业的教学现状,着重指出存在的问题;然后简述现代学徒制的优势及实施的必要性。文章的重点是研究如何在中职机电一体化专业中实施现代学徒制,从课程体系改革、人才培养方案确定、师徒关系确立、评价考核机制等方面作详细阐述。This paper analyzes the current teaching situation of secondary vocational Electromechanical Integration, and emphatically points out the existing problems. Then it briefly introduces the advantages and necessity of implementing modern apprenticeship, focusing on how to implement modern apprenticeship in Electromechanical Integration Specialty in secondary vocational schools with detailed elaborations in terms of curriculum system reform, personnel training scheme, mcntoring relationship establishment and evaluation mechanism.
