摘 要:依据新课程标准中对语文素养内涵的解读,结合初中语文教学中的实际需要与条件,针对学生的能力层次,关注学生初中年级段的经历发展与思想变化,设计语文课堂的课前演讲环节。重视演讲主题的设定、演讲兴趣的激发、演讲形式的灵活创新、评价机制的多元等,将"说"与"听""读""写"有机融合,体现语文与生活的结合,实践"大语文"的理念带给学生的素养积淀和人格养成。The planning of the warm-up speech(mini speech) in Chinese lessons should be on the basis of the interpretation of Chinese competencies in the new curriculum standard, combining the actual needs and conditions of Chinese teaching in middle schools, and taking different competence levels, students' experience and mental changes into account. Teachers should deliberately choose the topic of speech, inspire students' interest in speech, innovate the form of speech and verify the mechanism of evaluation, etc. With integrating speaking with listening, reading and writing, Chinese will be fully combined with real life, and students will acquire Chinese eompetencies and personality nurturancefulfilling the "Broad Chinese" idea.
