摘　　要：通过对福建省内不同类型外贸企业对国际经济与贸易人才需求的调研分析,了解企业岗位设置情况以及这些岗位对人才能力和素质的要求,提出漳州职业技术学院国际经济与贸易专业人才培养方案、教学课程体系和教学方法的改革思路,使学院培养的国际经济与贸易专业人才更加适应社会的需要。Based on investigation and analysis on the demand of talents in international economy and trade of 90 different types of foreign trade enterprises in Fujian province, to understand the enterprises position setting, talent ability and quality requirements of these positions. Put forward the reform plan of talent training plan of international economy and trade professional, the curriculum system and teaching methods, to make international trade professionals more adapt to the needs of the society.
