提升重庆三峡库区公共教育服务水平的新思考

摘　　要：提升公共教育服务水平,对提高国民素质和促进社会公平正义具有重要的作用。重庆三峡库区公共教育服务水平与重庆市平均水平相比,还存在生师比高、师资水平低的问题。应按照政府主导、财政扶持、政策保障的原则,优化配置公共教育服务资源,改善库区公共教育条件,实现教育均等化发展目标。It plays an important role in improving national quality and social fairness and justice to enhance the service level of public education. Compared with the average level of Chongqing city, the ratio of students to teachers is high, and the teachers＇ level is low in the Three Gorges Reservoir area. It should optimize the allocation of public educational service resources, improve the public educational condition and realize the development goal of education equalization in accordance with the requirements of government leading, financial tilt, and policy security.
