摘　　要：教育硕士联合培养工作站由教育局、教科院、高校以及中小学协作设立,是教育硕士研究生进行教育见习、教育研习和教育实习的重要基地,通过教育局的行业信息引导、教科所的教研指导、高校的理论培养以及在中小学的教学实践锻炼,使得研究生拥有所需的教育教学能力,毕业即能胜任岗位。以联合培养工作站为依托的教育硕士培养模式有效发挥教育局、教科所、高校及中小学各自的资源优势,有利于研究生教育教学能力的提高。The combined training workstation of master of education, which consists of the Education Bureau, the Institute of Education Science, university, and elementary/secondary school, is an important place for master candidates＇ teaching novitiate, teaching research, and teaching practice. With information direction of the Education Bureau, research guidance of the Institute of Education, theories learning in the university, and teaching practice in the elementary/secondary school, the master candidates will be qualified for teaching as soon as they graduate. This model can make full use of advantages of the Education Bureau, the Institute of Education Science, university, and elementary/secondary school, and help master candidates improve their teaching abilities.
