摘　　要：网络自出版运营遵循平台经济的逻辑。它直连读者和作者双边市场,通过网络效应激发用户群体规模增长,灵活设计定价策略从而发展出多样化商业模式。对网络自出版的平台经济分析能为传统出版进行业务重组,实现互联网转型带来新的思路。The web We-Publication follows platform-economic principle. By the direct connection of the reader market and the writer market, the web We-Publication has the network externalities which cause an increase in users, and can design pricing strategy flexibly so to develop diverse business models. The analysis on the web We-Publication based on platform economic theory can bring new thinking for the business reform and the internet transformation of the traditional publication.
