摘  要:学生公寓是学生学习、活动、交流、生活与职业素养养成的重要场所,是学校开展思政教育、日常管理、服务和职业素养养成的重要阵地,为提高高职学生素质,高职院校必须抢占学生公寓教育阵地,通过创新公寓导师制构建公寓育人的长效机制,促进高职学生成长、成才,在高职生源滑坡、育人环境发生重大变化的背景下,做到因材施教,提高育人质量。Students' apartment is an important place for students' learning, action, exchanging, living and forming career qualities. It is also an important platform for the school to carry out ideological and political education and daily management, to provide services, and to cultivate students' career qualities. To improve higher vocational college students' qualities, higher vocational colleges should use students' apartment as an education platform, and improve students' qualities through establishing a long term mechanism for apartment tutor system, so as to promote students' growth, realize individualized education, and improve the education quality under the new circumstances.
