摘  要:采用Matlab/MBC Model工具箱建立了HPD柴油机二阶段统计响应面。通过对优化数学模型、约束条件及优化目标的研究,对HPD柴油机匹配高压共轨喷油系统和VNT综合控制MAP进行了协同优化,搭建了HPD柴油机匹配高压共轨喷油系统及VNT试验台,验证了基于响应面进行HPD柴油机控制参数协同优化方法的准确性。The two-stage response of the HPD diesel engine was built based on the Matlab/MBC Model software. The co-optimization of the controlling MAP that the HPD diesel engine matched with the high pressure common rail and VNT system was studied through analyzing the mathematic model, the target and the constraint condition of the optimization. The results of the optimization were certificated through the test bench that the HPD diesel engine matched with the high pressure common rail and VNT system.
