摘 要:目的探索PBL结合摄像反馈法在留学生分子生物学实验教学中的应用.方法以2013~2014级5年制医学留学生为研究对象,采取PBL结合摄像法为实验组,传统实验教学法为对照组,比较2组测试成绩、英文口语表达能力、主动学习能力等的差异.结果实验平时成绩、实验理论测试成绩、实验操作测试成绩实验组均高于对照组(P=0.001).期末理论测试成绩实验组也高于对照组(P=0.01);英文口语表达能力、主动学习能力等实验组均高于对照组(P=0.001).结论 PBL结合摄像反馈教学法在留学生分子生物学实验教学中取得了显著的教学效果.Objective To research the application effect of PBL in combination with the camera feedback method in molecular biology experiments teaching for foreign students. Methods The research objects were five-year medical international students of 2013 - 2014. Students were divided into two groups : experimental group using PBL in combination with the camera feedback method, and the control group using the traditional teaching method. The examination scores, spoken English skills and active learning ability were compared between the two groups. Results Tl'he operating grades, theoretical test and operational test scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P=0.001) ; The final examination scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P=0.01) ; The abilities of spoken English, active learning of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group, et cetera (P=0.001). Conclusion The effect of PBL in combination with the camera feedback method in molecular biology experiments teaching for foreign students is very good.
