浅析高职院校实训室建设与管理

摘　　要：实训室的建设与管理的水平是评估高职院校办学水平高低的重要指标之一,也是高职院校人才培养质量高低的重要因素之一。应用型人才是高职院校人才培养的目标,必须高度重视实训室建设和实践教学质量,提升实训室管理水平。科学的管理思路与有效的管理措施是院校实训室稳定高效运行和充分利用的重要保障。文章剖析了高职院校实训室建设与管理中的问题并提出了相应的一些可行性建议。The level of construction and management of training room is an important indicator to assess the evaluation of higher vocational colleges. And it is also one of the important factors for the quality of talents training in higher vocational colleges. The quality of applied talents is the goal of cultivating talents in higher vocational colleges. So we must attach great importance to the construction of training room and the quality of practice teaching in order to promote the training room management. Scientific management ideas and effective management measures are important guarantees for the stable and efficient operation and full utilization of the college training room. This paper analyzes the problems in construction and management of training room in higher vocational colleges and puts forward some feasible suggestions.
