摘　　要：在安徽加快转变经济发展方式、推动产业转型升级的关键时期,创新现代高职商科人才培养模式,是机遇更是挑战。探讨以新常态思维把握现代高职商科人才培养模式创新的着力点,应对高职教育发展中遇到的各种困难和问题。立足市场需求,构建校企共同体,有利于加快适应安徽经济新常态。In the crucial period for Anhui province to speed up the transformation of economic development mode and to promote industrial transformation and upgrading, the innovation of talent training model brings opportunities but challenges as well for modern higher business vocational education. This paper explores the key points of the innovative talent training model in modern higher vocational business college in order to deal with all kinds of difficulties and problems in the development of higher vocational education. Based on market demand, building the community of colleges and enterprises is beneficial to speed up the adaptation to the new normal Anhui economy.
