摘 要:英语常规教学中存在学生主体性不强、培养目标模糊、评价机制不健全等问题。欲更好地促进学生职业素质和核心能力的培养,需要提高对英语专业实践教学的重视程度,积极构建实践教学课程体系和教学模式,促进学生英语核心职业素质与能力的提升,提高英语专业学生的社会适应能力和职业竞争力。In the conventional English teaching, there exist such problems as inadequate subjectivity of students, vague training target and imperfect evaluation mechanism. To better promote the training of students' professional quality and the core ability, it is necessary to attach further importance to practical teaching in English major, actively build a practical teaching course system and teaching mode, promote the training of students' English core profession- al quality and ability and enhance the social adaptation ability and professional competence of students in English major.
