摘　　要：目的总结近年来青少年近视形成的相关因素研究进展，为青少年近视的防治提供依据。方法检索到的文献主要从遗传、饮食、户外活动、用眼强度，读写习惯，睡眠，对视觉需求增加青少年近视形成相关因素的早期干预，从而预防和控制青少年近视的形成和发展。Objective To summarize the research progress of the formed factors to adolescent myopia in recent years, to provide basis for the prevention of it. Methods To focus on the literature retrieved primarily of adolescents myopia intervention related factors in genetics, diet, outdoor activities, intensity with the eyes, reading and writing habits, sleep etc, thus preventing and controlling the formation and development of the adolescent myopia.
