摘 要:目的建立碰撞池-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(CCT-ICP-MS)检测高盐食品中As的方法。方法样品经闷罐消解后赶酸,转移至离心管中定容,上机测定,并通过在线加入内标校正基体效应。采用碰撞池技术消除^(40)Ar^(35)Cl对As检测的质谱干扰。结果碰撞池模式下,^(75)As仪器检出限(0.028μg/L)较常规模式(0.069μg/L)显著降低。加标前后,碰撞池模式RSD要优于普通模式RSD。碰撞池模式回收率为98.0%~101.9%。常规模式扇贝和茶叶标准物质检测结果偏高,碰撞池模式检测结果均在认定值范围内。结论与常规模式相比,CCT-ICP-MS方法对高盐食品中As的检出限低,精密度高,准确性好,适合于高盐食品中砷的检测。Objective To establish a method for the determination of arsenic in hypersaline foodstuff by collision cell inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry( CCT - ICP - MS). Methods After digestion with nitric acid, the sample was transferred into centrifuge tube and determined by ICP - MS. Internal standard has been added to eliminate the matrix effect and the collision cell technology was applied to mitigate the spectroscopic interference of ^40Ar^35Cl on As. Results The detection limit of the CCT method was 0. 028μg/L, which was obviously lower than that in normal mode(0. 069 μg/L). Before and after the addition, RSD in the collision pool mode was better than the common mode. The recoveries of the method were within 98.0% - 101.9%. The results showed that the test results of the standard model of scallop and tea were high, and the results of the CCT model were in the range of qualified values. Conclusion This method is simple and convenient with relatively high sensitivity and accuracy, and it is suitable for the determination of arsenic in hypersaline foodstuff.
