摘　　要：目的为了更好的实现独立学院中药学专业的教学改革。方法针对独立学院自身的特点及存在的问题,紧紧围绕应用型人才培养的目标,从教学方法,教学内容,教学结构以及教材选取等多方面探讨如何对独立学院的中药学专业进行教学改革。结果独立学院中药学专业的教学改革可以自身发展情况及学情特点为基础,改革教材,并结合多种教学方法,辅以中药学专业知识大赛、实验技能大赛等措施,来提高学生的学习热情和教学效果,从而实现培养应用型人才的目标。结论独立学院中药学专业的教学改革应始终贯彻应用型人才的培养目标,坚持实践教学,以赛促教的方法来安排教学活动,从而提升教学效果,培养出真正适合社会需要的中药学专业人才。Objective To realize the teaching reform of traditional Chinese medicine specialty in independent college. Methods Ac- cording to the characteristics and problems in independent college, we round the target of training practical talents to explore how to realize it through changing the teaching method, teaching contents, teaclling structure and teaching materials. Results The reformation could combine development characteristics and learning characteristics in independent college, reforming the teaching materials and teaching method, introducing more competition to attract students＂ interests and improving the effect of learning which will attain the objectives of training practical talents. Conclusion The reformation in independent college should round the target of training practi- cal talents, insist on the model of practice teaching and the method of competition, so as to improve the teaching effect and then cul- tivating professional talents in traditional chinese medicine specialty which will meet the needs of society.
