摘  要:经济发展进入新常态,高职院校应重视学生多元化发展,加强创新创业人才培养。苏州信息职业技术学院积极借鉴国际先进职教理念,构建"多元发展、项目学习、协同创新"人才培养模式,形成"五化"模型,并在优化人才培养方案、学分制改革、项目教学改革、课证赛融合、云班课建设、创新创业教育等方面进行了系列实践,提高了人才培养质量。In the context of recent economic development, higher vocational institutions should attach more importance to student diversified development and enhance their innovation and entrepreneurship. Actively referring to advanced vocational-education experience in the world, Suzhou College of Information Technology has constructed a new talent-cultivation mode of "diversified development, projectbased learning and collaborative innovation" as well as a "5-orientation" model. Meanwhile, it has also carried out a series of practice in optimizing cultivation program, implementing credit system reform, project teaching improvement, course-certificate-contest integration, Mosoteach-based class construction, and nurturing students' innovation and entrepreneurship, etc. all of which contribute to the promotion of student cultivation quality.
