摘 要:针对原螺杆桩机立柱油缸开环控制系统性能不稳定、人工操作实时性差及油缸同步误差大等缺陷,设计基于PLC的立柱油缸同步闭环控制系统,并在新型螺杆桩机上得到应用。闭环控制系统的硬件组成有立柱油缸、磁致伸缩位移传感器及SIEMENS公司的S7-200可编程控制器等。现场调试实验表明:设计的立柱油缸闭环控制系统实现了桩机立柱的数字控制,举升与下落过程自动纠偏,同步控制精度达到±2 mm,控制系统性能稳定,安全便捷,具有工程实用价值。For the issues that the open-loop control system of the column cylinder of the original screw pile hammers had unstable performance, the manual operation was poor real-time and the synchronization error of the cylinder was large, the synchronous closed- loop control system based on PLC was designed and used in the new type of screw pile hammers. The hardware of the closed-loop con- trol system consisted of a column cylinder, a magnetostrietive displacement sensor, and a $7-200 programmable controller from SIE- MENS. The field experimental results show that the designed closed-loop control system of the column cylinder can be used to achieve the digital control of the column, and automatical correction in lifting and falling process. The synchronous control precision is ±2 mm, the control system is stable, safe and convenient, and has practical engineering value.
