摘　　要：社会实践的育人功能是社会实践的基本功能和最终目的,对于师范生的职业道德、专业素质、能力素质等职业素养的培养具有重要意义;地方高校在师范生社会实践的过程中出现了参与部门较为单一,结合专业阶段学习的实践主题不明确、持续性不足、积极性不高、经费投入不够等问题;所以,要构建师范生社会实践育人目标,必须在组织管理、考评及基地保障等方面建立长效机制。The educational function is the fundamental function and the ultimate aim of social practice. It is of great importance in cultivating normal students＂ professional ethic, professional quality, and per- sonal capability. Local Universities have some problems in normal students＂ social practice such as single department participation, undefined practice subject, lack of continuity, low enthusiasm, and lack of funds, etc. So it is necessary to build the long--term mechanism for normal students＂ social practice, or- ganizational management, evaluation, and base security, in order to achieve the education goal of social practice.
