摘 要:实证精神和实证方法作为基础的科学研究范式,是当代众多智识领域中广泛流行的一种文化形态。在高校教学管理中增强实证意识的营造对促进教学决策科学化、教学资源富集化、教学改进持续化等具有很强的制度优势。结合教学管理的实践进一步指出增强实证意识应遵循质量相关性、效能最大化和基于数字化管理的原则,正确贯彻这些原则能极大地提升高校教学管理水平。Empirical spirit and empirical method are the basic science research paradigm, and have become a kind of cultural form widely popular in the field of many contemporary in- tellectuals. In educational management of higher education, enhancing empirical consciousness has the strong regulation advantage in the promotions of the scientific decision-making, enrich- ment of educational resources and the continuously educational improvement. With the practice of educational management, it is pointed out that enhancing empirical consciousness should follow the principles of quality-related relation, efficiency maximization and digitalization-based management, and these measures can promote greatly the managing level for higher education.
