摘　　要：我国的职业教育应是培育"工匠型人才"的摇篮,这就需要各个职业学校领会"工匠精神"内涵,掌握"工匠精神"精髓,全方位推进校企合作.通过校企合作,搭建"工匠型人才"培养平台,校企合作培育"工匠型人才",进行现代学徒制试点等各种有效途径,使学生成为企业满意的匠人.Vocational education in China should be the cradle of cultivating ＂artisan talent＂, which requires all the vocational colleges comprehend connotation and essence of the ＂craftsman spirit＂ and encourage cooperation between vocational colleges and enterprise. Through the college-enterprise cooperation, training platforms built for cultivating artisan talents, enterprise were satisfied with students cultivated by all sorts of effective ways, especially by way of modem apprentice-ship.
