摘  要:目的通过调查护理本科生临床实习满意度情况探讨临床实践教学基地建设现状。方法采取便利抽样方法选取广东省两所高等医学院校本科实习护生219名,采用自编临床实习满意度问卷进行问卷调查,并采用TOPSIS和秩和比原理对各教学医院实习满意度进行排序。结果护理本科生临床实习满意度得分为(3.81±0.52)分,其中对带教素质及教学实施满意度较高,对教学条件满意度最低,71%的教学基地处于良好及以上水平,29%的教学基地处于中等及以下水平。结论护理学本科临床实践教学基地建设水平参差不齐,应细化护理学本科实践教学基地的准入制度,加大教学经费投入,完善实践教学内容,并可通过建立护理本科生临床实践教学示范基地,发挥示范和引领作用,不断促进教学基地建设水平的提高。Objective To investigate the satisfaction of clinical learning among nursing undergraduates and explore the construction level of the clinical practice and teaching base. Methods Through the convenience sampling method, a total of 219 nursing undergraduates were recruited from two medical universities in Guangdong. They were investigated with the self- designed questionnaires about clinical learning satisfactions. Then the teaching hospitals were sorted according to the analysis of TOPSIS and RSR. Results The score of clinical learning satisfaction was 3.81 ~ 0.52. The nursing undergraduates were more satisfied with teaching diathesis and teaching implementation, but less so with teaching conditions. The satisfaction degrees of 71% teaching bases were above average level, while the satisfaction degrees of 29% teaching bases were in a low level. Conclusion The construction levels of the numing clinical practice and teaching base are different. The teaching hospitals should enhance the construction by detailing the access system, increasing the investment of teaching funds, perfecting practical teaching contents and setting up demonstration teaching bases to play an exemplary role.
