摘  要:目的探讨临床医学专业学生最佳的教学方法。方法将我院临床医学专业学生分为对照组和观察组两组,对照组学生采取传统的讲授式教学,观察组学生采取以案例教学为中心的教学模式。结果新教学模式对学生的学习影响较小,且与对照组学生比较,观察组学生参与学习的积极性为92.65%,对照组学生参与学习的积极性仅为75.00%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以案例教学法为中心教学模式,能够有效提高临床医学专业学生的教学质量。Objective To explore the best teaching methods for students of clinical medicine. Methods Clinical medical students in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group.Students in control group adopted the traditional teaching of students,students in the observation group took the case centered teaching model. Results The new teaching mode had little influence on students' learning.Compared with the control group,the participate active learning of students in observation group was 92.65%,the participate in active learning of control group was only 75.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05).
