摘  要:研究了霍山石斛多糖对嗜酸乳杆菌生长的影响,分析了嗜酸乳杆菌生长过程中碳源的利用和蛋白质、乳酸的合成情况以及LDH、SOD、GSH-Px酶活力变化规律。结果表明,当添加霍山石斛多糖浓度为6 g/L时,嗜酸乳杆菌生物量及生长速度较对照组明显提高。此浓度下,还原糖的利用和蛋白质及乳酸的合成量均高于对照组;同时发现添加多糖提高了嗜酸乳杆菌LDH、SOD、GSH-Px 3种酶活力。The effects of polysaccharides from Dendrobium huoshanense on growth of Lactobacillus acidophilus were studied. The utilization of carbon sources, the synthesis of protein and the content of lactic acid were analyzed. The activities of LDH, SOD and GSH-Px produced by Lactobacillus acidophilus were measured. The results showed that the optimal concentration of polysaccharides from Dendrobium huoshanense for promoting the growth of Lactobacillus acidophilus was 6 g/L. In this concentration, the utilization amount of reducing sugar, the content of protein and lactic acid were higher than that of the control. Meanwhile it was found that the activities of LDH, SOD, GSH-Px increased compared with the control.
