摘 要:采用高效液相色谱法对灵芝孢子油中甘油三酯进行分离,建立了灵芝孢子油中甘油三酯液相色谱指纹图谱,利用该图谱对市售10个灵芝孢子油样品进行分析,发现1个"可疑"样品,通过与菜籽油等6种食用植物油甘油三酯指纹图谱的比较,初步判断"可疑"样品中混有大豆油,脂肪酸指纹图谱及含量测定进一步确认该"可疑"样品掺有大豆油。灵芝孢子油与食用植物油甘油三酯及脂肪酸的种类及含量均有较大差别,两者相结合,不仅可以鉴别灵芝孢子油掺伪样品,并且可初步确定掺假种类,可为灵芝孢子油品质鉴定及掺伪鉴别提供依据。Triglycerides in Ganoderma lucidum spore oil was separated by HPLC. Based on the triglycerides finger-print, one suspicious sample was found among 10 different brands of spore oils from Ganoderma lucidum, which was regarded as adulterated with soybean oil by comparison of triglycerides finger-print between Ganoderma lucidum spore oil and six different vegetable oils. This result was further confirmed by fatty acids determination with GC. The composition and content of triglycerides and fatty acids in Ganoderma lucidum spore oil and vegetable oils were different, so they could be used to detect adulterated Ganoderma lucidum spore oils. In conclusion, the finger-print of triglycerides combined with fatty acids were effective in Ganoderma lucidum spore oil quality identification and adulteration.
