摘 要:通航产业的发展带动了我国交通运输体系的完善和提高,同时也拉动了农林作业等新的区域经济增长点。随着通航市场主体的多元化发展,不仅对机型、飞机数量、业务质量的要求越来越高,对通航人才的专业能力需求也随之提高。行业发展的当务之急是营造良好的人才环境、合理整备社会资源,通过分析我国通航人才的现状及行业发展对通航人才的技能要求,沿着学历教育、非学历教育和企业自主培养3个层面积极探索通航人才培养的新思路,构建多元化通航人才培养模式,为培养满足行业发展需求、具有创新和实践能力的高素质通航人才提供依据。The development of general aviation industry has improved the transportation system in China and stimulated the growth of new regional economy such as agriculture and forestry.As the multi-development of general aviation market,not only the requirements for the aircraft type,the quantity of the aircraft and the service quality,but also the demand for the professional capability of general aviation talent are getting higher.The most important task for industry development is to create a decent human resources environment and allocate social resources reasonably.By analyzing the current situation of human resources and demand of professional skills,we explored a new diversified personnel training mode for general aviation industry from three aspects,including academic education,non-academic education and on-the-job training by enterprises.The research can provide suggestions for training innovative and practical human resources of aviation industry to meet the needs of the industry development.
