摘 要:[目的]了解护士间团结度情况,并分析其影响因素。[方法]采用一般资料问卷、护士间团结度问卷、护士工作环境问卷对广东省、湖南省、贵州省各一所二级、三级公立综合性医院共473名护士进行调查。[结果]护士间团结度得分最低的是学术团结维度(3.48分±0.67分);护士工作环境得分最低的是文化敏感性维度(2.71分±0.50分);护士工作环境各维度与护士间团结度呈正相关(P<0.05);影响护士间团结度的个人因素包括年龄、工作年限、工作科室、职称、婚姻状况、受教育程度、月收入、医院等级;分层逐步回归分析显示:冲突处理方式、内部工作动机、领导和自主、团队合作及工作年限、科室、婚姻状况、受教育程度、月收入影响护士间团结度。[结论]医院应该改善护士的工作环境,提高护士间团结度,以提高护理工作质量。Objective: To understand the degree of solidarity among nurses and analyze the influencing factors. Methods: A total of 473 nurses in public hospitals in Guangdong Province, Hunan province and Guizhou province were investigated by using the general data questionnaire, the questionnaire of nurses? solidarity and the work environment questionnaire of nurses. Results: The lowest degree of solidarity among nurses was the dimension of academic unity(3. 48±0.67). the lowest score of nurses' work environment was the cultural sensitivity dimension(2. 71±0. 50). There was a positive correlation between nurses' work environment and nurses' solidarity (P〈0. 05). The factors affecting the degree of solidarity among nurses included age, working years, depart-ment, marital status, education level, monthly income and hospital grade. Hierarchical stepwise regression analy-sis showed that conflict management,internal work motivation, leadership and autonomy, team work and work-ing years, department, marital status and education level affected nurses' solidarity. Conclusion: Hospital should improve the working environment of nurses and improve the unity of nurses, so as to improve the quality of nursing work.
