摘　　要：本文以"企业家职能分离"为起点,研究人力资本参与财富创造引起的公司增量财产权内涵的变化和劳动价值分配方式的范式革命,通过引入"事业合伙人制度"阐释这一变化背景下如何通过专业化的手段实现公司治理秩序的跟进和安排,试图构建一个新的解释和分析的理论框架。With the ＂separation of entrepreneur＂ notation of incremental property rights and as the starting point, this paper studies the the conparadigm revolution of labor value distribution caused by the participation of human capital and wealth creation. By introducing the system of ＂business partnership＂ ,it interprets how to realize follow - up and organization of the corporate governance order by means of specialization under the background of change. Its aim is to provide a theoretical analysis framework.
