摘  要:培训是促进教师专业发展、提升教师队伍建设水平的有效途径。德国致力于职业教育教师培训体系改革与发展,当前体系建设呈现以下鲜明特色:以人为本的培训价值观、多元开放的组织体系、协同共建的运行机制、民主协商的评价文化。协同培训体系改进了培训系统结构,增强了系统整体功能,提高了培训质量与效益,在世界职业教育教师培训领域树立了典范。德国培训理念及实践经验对构建我国职业教育教师培训体系具有借鉴价值。Training is an effective way to promote the professional development ofteachers and to improve the level of the construction of teachers.Germany is committed toreform and development of vocational education teachers training system.The current con-struction of system has following distinctive features:people-oriented training values;multi-ple and open organizational system;synergetic operational mechanism;evaluation culture ofdemocratic consultation.The synergetic System has completed the structure of training sys-tem,enhanced the overall function of entire system,and improved the quality and efficiencyof training.It sets a model in the vocational education teacher training field in the world.The German advanced concepts and practical experiences provide borrowing values for con-struction of vocational education teachers training system in our country.
